Tom Izzo's Spartans ran this play Sunday night in their game vs Oakland. What I love about this plays is that there is a scoring option for all five players within the sequence.
Options:
- 2 is able to curl and get into the lane on the initial catch
- Hand-off to 1 for a lay-up
- Catch & shoot for 3 (OR pass to 5 if he slips to the rim and X5 over-helps)
- Throwback to 4 for a shot
- Throwback to 4 for a post feed to 5

2 rhody cuts over overtop a double/stagger from 5 & 4 to the elbow. 1 passes to 2 and cuts off the elbow (fake hand-off) to the wing.

5 & 4 set another double/stagger for 3. 3 passes to 3 as 4 pops out and 5 ducks in hard.
