About This Play/Drill

Today's FastDraw Drill of the Day is Contact Thru Catch.

C= Coach on defense-->Tries to knock the guard off their cut and create some contact to force them to fight over top or up thru lane.

On catch=Shoot or work in series of shot moves.

-Rip thru

-Step back

-Finish at rim

-Finish at rim off hand
