Zalgiris Kaunas used this play in the 2023-2024 season. Zalgiris runs a ton of great action and this is a perfect example of multiple actions moving the defense to get the best look possible. This play is super unique due to the 4, in this case Brady Manek, being a threat from beyond the arc which forces the defense to make a choice. Video clip below.
- 1 comes off of the Middle Ball Screen while the 2 is simultaneously going into a Cross Screen for the 4
- 2 sets a Cross Screen for the 4 who gets a Post Catch
- 4 Grenades back to the 1 where the 4 is met with a Flare from the 5
- 1 hits the 4 off of the Flare and the 5 who sets the Flare slips for a Dunk
