This is a counter to Box Slice 1 from Washington State men's team during the 2024 NCAA tournament. There is one variation to this that may get a ball hander with post and seal ability an easy 2.
In this version of Box Slice, 1 and 4 are switched. 5 clears out to the corner as 1 slices though the paint to screen for 4 who curls around to the ball, seals his/her defender and scores.
