Frame 1 - 1 makes guard to guard pass to 2, then cuts off high post screen from 5 to ballside corner. 2 can hit 1 at the rim, or swing to 3.
 

Frame 2 - 5 follows the pass to set high post screen for 2. 3 can hit 2 if open.
 

Frame 3 - If 2 is not open, 5 shapes up to catch pass from 3. 3 takes hard inside step, then cuts backdoor looking for the pass from 5. 1 fills up and 2 clears to weak side corner.
 

Frame 4 - If 3 is not open, 1 follows to receive a handoff from 5. 5 sets a hard screen on 1's defender, then rolls to the rim. 1 can shoot the jumper or hit 5 on the roll.
