This is a great set to get KD isolated on the empty side of the floor. His length and skillset makes this a near impossible coverage. The gravity of Harden and Joe Harris on the strong side also provides some complexity as to where the help can come from. Video clip below.
- Harden will hit and chase his pass entering the ball into the 5 man flashing to the strongside elbow.
- On the pitch back, Carter will clear to the weakside wing. On the 5's catch KD will seal his man and catch in space.
