Horns set to free up 3 and 2 for open shots, off muiltiple screens.

1 dribbles to the wing. 5 will set a side pin for 1 who will then dribble to the top of the key to creates pass. The 2 will backscreen the 5.

The 5 will downscreen for 3 and the 4 will backscreen for 2 , who makes an Iverson cut. The 1 has the opt to hit 3 or the 2 for a jump shot.
