"Cardinal" is a multi-scoring option set that Louisville ran during the 12-13 season.

PG dribble hands off with 2 on the right wing. 2 takes the handoff and centers the ball.
2 pitches across to 3. PG comes off baseline screens set by 5 and 4. If the defense trails PG looks to curl into the lane.
As PG clears 5 sprints into a high ballscreen for 3. 2 spaces to the corner. 3 attacks the ballscreen. 4 ducks in.
After ballscreening 5 pins down for PG.
