(1) hits (3) then UCLA cuts off of (5) to the opposite block. (3) looks to hit (1). (1) may attempt to post. If (1) is unavailable, (5) screens away for (2). (2) comes over the screen looking to catch & shoot or curl to the rim. (3) looks to hit (2). (5) then flashes to the top of the key.
(3) reverses the ball to (5). Then (3) pin-down screens for (2) & (4) pin-down screens for (1). (5) generally looks to get the ball reversed to (1) then follow the pass with a ball screen. (4) will flatten out to the short corner. (2) & (3) will space properly, while (1) & (5) work a two man game.
