The Golden State Warriors ran this as their opening play of Game 5 against the Houston Rockets. Andre Iguodola (3) faked the flare screen for Kevin Durant (4) then cut to the basket. This caused his defender to provide temporary help on the screen which opened up his cut. Check out the video clip below.
