This was used by the Philadelphia 76ers during the first round of the 2019 NBA playoffs. This is a great after time out or sideline out of bounds play when a team needs a 3 and has a shooter with a quick release.

Out of a 1-4 High formation during a SLOB, a post player who can handle the ball, in this case Ben Simmons, UCLA cuts to the short corner to catch.

The shooter who is on the far side, in the 76ers case Reddick, uses a single screen and then runs through the fence of the other high post big and the inbounder to receive the dribble handoff and shoot.
