The University of Michigan used a 1-3-1 press break against Florida In the 2019 NCAA first round, for a score.

The 1 take the ball out, the 2 will set up at the top of the key. The 3 and 4 are starting from mid court. The 5 is posted in the front court low post opposite of ball. the 2 is the first option, who get open, and dribble hard, looking for a free runner, in this case the 1.

The 1 dribble hard down the middle of the court, see the 3 open and make a direct pass, to the 3 who finished with a dunk.
