This play is also from Boston's Point Series. The play is initiated by "point" i.e. a single away. The 1 will follow his pass and 2 recieves a back screen to the paint from 5. As the 2 runs off a baseline single from 4, 5 sets a pin for 3. The entire defense is involved guarding singles on both sides.
