This set led to a wide open #21 Tim Duncan 15 foot jump shot in the NBA Finals between the San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat. In a horns set they utilized a flex screen to get into the action. This forced Duncan's man to defend something else before he popped up to the FT line.

1 dribble enters the ball to the wing. 3 acts like he is going to come off 4's screen and moves to the top of the key. 1 looks hard into 4 who has post iso. If can't throw it in reverses the ball to 3.

On 3's catch 5 moves up to set the ball screen while 4 moves up the floor as the replace man. 5 rolls hard to the rim and 4 moves right above the FT line. 2 and 1 space to the corner.
