This is a set the Indiana Pacers ran against the Miami Heat in the 2013 Eastern Conference Finals. Looking to get their marquee player, Paul George a isolated post/wing catch the Pacers sent #24 George to the opposite side of the court before coming back hard to the ball on the reversal for deep post position. If #24 George couldn't catch the ball deep he moved out to the mid-wing area for a catch. This is where Indiana ran a great alternative action to get an even deeper post touch. #50 Tyler Hansbrough after entering the ball to George comes down the lane and sets a screen for #55 Roy Hibbert right in the middle of the lane, who now gets a deep post catch right in the middle of the paint.
5 pops to the perimeter for a catch. After 1 makes his entry pass he sprints to the ball side corner. 3 moves to the ball side block.
5 passes the ball to 4 who catches the ball on the perimeter. 3 battles his way back looking for a deep post catch iso. 5 cuts to the block after his pass.
3 attempts to get a deep post catch for an iso. If he can't he moves out on the wing to get the ball from 4.
On 3's catch 2 sprints across the floor to the ball side short corner looking for a pass for a lay-up. 4 moves to the middle of the paint head hunting the 5's man. Sets a down screen for the 5 to curl in post position. 1 slides up the wing. If 2 doesn't get the pass he retreats out to the opposite corner.
