I figured with so many people doing one set and one drawing, I wanted to offer something different. After reviewing all four games of the Western Conference Finals between the Memphis Grizzlies and San Antonio Spurs I looked at actions that were successful and one's that didn't have quite as much success. I started with the Memphis Grizzlies. The play diagrams below are drawn for multiple plays with the play name titled directly on top of the court frame. These play diagrams are in order with the video you can find here:

1 dribbles the ball to the top of the key. 2 sprints along baseline to set a screen for 3. 3 runs off 2's screen and then 5's screen on the opposite block. Once 3 clears the block 4 moves down to block. 2 spaces to the wing. 1 hits the 5 man who flashes to the elbow after screening for 3.
3 cuts hard back door looking for the pass from the 5 man then continues to the opposite corner. 1 sets his man up then cuts hard off the 5 for a handoff or short pass. He has the entire side of the floor clear.
1 passes the ball to the 4 at the top of the key. 3 cuts off 5's flex screen. 4 looks for a quick hitter to the 3 man.
4 dribbles at the 1 and executes a dribble handoff. 1 dribbles to the top of the key. 4 sprints off back screens from 5 and then 3. 1 looks inside or kicks it to 2 who has a better angle.
2 looks inside to the 4 posting. 5 sets down screen for 3. 5 flashes to high post looking for a pass from the 2 for a hi-low.
1 starts spaced on the perimeter with the ball. 4 sets a down screen for 5 and then dives to the opposite block looking for a quick pass from the 1. 5 comes off 4's screen and sets a ball screen for 1. 5 then rolls to the FT line then continues to set a pin down screen for 3. 1 throws back to 3 for a mid range jumper.
1 enters to the 4 man. 1 sprints to weakside corner, while 5 positions himself for a pin down screen. 2 moves up the floor like he is going to use the 5's pin down.
1 turns around quickly and runs off the double screen set by 2 and 5. The key is 2 acting like he is running off 5's pin down and then stopping and turning around to screen for 1.
1 enters the ball to the 4 man then sprints to the weakside corner. 5 moves into position to set the second stagger screen. 3 clears out from ball side block to the opposite corner. 2 slices off 1's screen to post at ball side block.
4 passes the ball inside to the posting 2. 5 dives to the block, 3 spaces to the corner, 1 spaces to the wing. Once 2 gets the ball, 4 acts like he is spacing out then comes and sets a ball screen to the middle of the paint.
1 runs off 4's down screen. Once he clears the 3 point arc 5 sprints to the ball for a pass from the 2. 2 passe to the 5 then sprints to the corner.
On 5's catch 1 cuts hard away from the 5 and back door. 5 gets 1 the ball to attack then rolls into position for a shot in the middle of the floor. 4 dives to the rim.
