About This Play/Drill

Drill to work on transition defense, as well as offensive transition decision making.

Two offensive players start at the elbows.
One defensive player at the free throw nail and one underneath the basket.
Coach starts with basketball, game beings when passed to an offensive player.
X1 sprints to cut off the ball handler and force them to pass the ball.
X2 sprints to help.
Player 1 and 2 try to score in transition.
