Mississippi State ran this BLOB early in the second half. Iowa State's men's team ran the same action earlier in the men's tournament. The stagger action sets up a screen the screener which, if not guarded correctly, leads to a wide open post iso on the ball side.

4 uses the screen and receives inbounds from 1 for a catch and shoot.
