Last night the Chicago Bulls ran this pick & roll action in the 4th quarter to help end the Miami Heat's 27 game winning streak. This play came a few possessions after Lebron was called for aa Flagrant 1 after barrelling into a screen from Boozer.
On this action since the screen was lifted a little higher Lebron went under the screen which allowed Hinrich to get a step ahead coming off the pick, this forced X3 (Wade) to help on the penetration which free'd up Deng for an open three-pointer.
2 (Butler) screens 5 (Boozer) into a middle pick & roll for 1 (Hinrich). 1 came off the pick attacking hard with forced X3 to help, leaving 3 (Deng) wide up for a big time three.
