About This Play/Drill

Play makes post defender come out to help on the ball screen. This gives post player on the block a chance to go 1 on 1 without post help.

As guard comes off screens along the baseline if defenders cheat out slip screen is open.

Start in 1-4 set. #1 dribbles away then comes back across to use ball screen by #4. #3 sets cross screen for #5 looking to get a quick post up.
If #5 is not open #4 sets a down screen for #3 coming up for the jump shot.
If #3 does get shot #2 comes off the double screen set by #5 and #4. #1 looks for the slip on either #5 and #4 if their defender helps too much on the screens.
