Players start in a 1-4 set. #1 hits #5 at the elbow then goes to set a downscreen for the other post player at the elbow (#4). #2 makes a cut down the middle of the lane.

#5 swings the ball to #4. After pass #1 goes off a flare screen from #5 to the opposite wing.

#4 swings to #1 off the screen. #1 has the clear out on the side of the floor. Both post players set a down screen for #2 coming off the double screen for the open shot. If #1 can not get to the rim he looks to throw back for #2 off the double.
