4 and 5 set a double staggered high ball screen at the top of the key for the point guard. After screening, the first guy (4) rolls to the rim while the second guy (5) goes to screen for 2 in the corner.

1st Option: 1 passing to 4 rolling to the rim.

5 goes to screen for 2 in the corner. 2 uses 5's screen to get reversal pass from 1.

If 4 does not receive the pass from 1 after rolling to the rim, 4 continues and sets a flex screen for 3.

2nd Option: 2 passes to 3 coming off the flex cut.

If 3 does not get the pass from 2, 3 receives a down screen from 5.

3rd Option: 2 passes to 3 for the shot, coming off 5's down screen.
