Different reads out of the Elbow set the Cavaliers run when they go to their small line-up with LeBron at the 4 and Love/Frye at the 5.

1 passes to 4. 1 sets down screen for 5 (Frye). If X5 cheats and shoots the gap, 5 pops back. 4 passes to 5.
1 fakes down screen for 5 then slips to basket. 4 passes to 1. 2 sets flare screen for 3 on back-side. 3 fades to corner.
1 passes to 4. 1 sets down screen for 5. 5 curls to basket. 1 pops back out to wing after screen. 4 passes to 1.
