In this horns set play, Villanova uses a ball screen up top then sends the two bigs to the weak side corner to set a staggered screen. The cutter has two options: 1) use the staggered screen for a shot or 2) back cut to the rim for a layup.

1 dribbles off of the horns ball screen from 5.

4 and 5 screen away for 3 in the corner.
3 can use the screen for a shot or make a back door cut to the basket.
