This is part of John Leonzo's Solo Summer Shooting Workout. I recommend making no fewer than 200 shots a day, 6 days a week. You will perform the same move at all three cones. Use the middle cone twice, once coming from the right, and once coming from the left. Make 8 shots of each move.
Approach the cone and simulate setting up a ball screen. Pound the ball and hesitate as if you are going to use the screen. At the last moment, change hands and refuse the screen. Shoot a pull-up jumper outside the key.
