Here is a nice play used by Lincoln Memorial in the NCAA Division II National Championship game. The Railsplitters pass to the high post then run the point guard around the post for a handoff. 1 passes to 5 at the opposite high post and 5 looks to pass to 4 on the roll.

1 dribbles to the right wing then passes to 4 at the high post.

1 cuts around 4 and gets the ball back on a handoff.
1 passes to 5 and 5 passes to 4 rolling to the basket.
