This is a nice set out of the high post motion to get a wing into the post and a potential shot at the top of the key. Another option is to set a staggered screen instead of the single down screen.

1 cuts to the block and 4 to the corner.
3 passes to 5 who passes to 2.

1 sets a screen for 3 who makes a shuffle cut to the block.

5 sets a down screen for 1.
