This is a take on the blocker/mover wheel offense. The cuts and screens are determined by the first pass, but they want to get one player cutting off of a cross screen and the other off of a flare screen.

3 comes off of a screen from 4 and gets the ball.

2 cuts off of 4 and 1 off of 5.
