This is another way to get into the pinch post offense. Instead of both weak side cutters going, a staggered screen is set for the weak side guard getting the players into the same formation as SFA's regular offense.

1 passes to 4 who passes to 2.
1 cuts to the left corner.

4 and 5 set a staggered down screen for 3.
4 cuts to the block.

3 can now use 5 as a ball-screen or pass to him and try to get a handoff.
