The Purdue Boilermakers ran this play in their double overtime loss to Arkansas Little Rock in the 1st round of the NCAA Tournament.
A quick hitter action with a wing entry pass and the PG sprinting down the lane to quickly screen for 5 who flashes into the ball side post looking for a quick pass and score.
The PG replaces himself at the TOK and the 4 man screens down for 2 who comes off looking to catch & shoot off ball reversal.

1 passes to 3 popping out to the wing off the elbow to the wing
1 sprints into the lane and sets a screen on x5 freeing 5 up to quickly flash into the ball side post looking for a quick pass

3 looks to hit 5 in the post off the screening action
If 5 is not open:
3 can reverse to 1 who has replaced himself at the TOK
4 moves to screen for 2 who comes off looking for a possible catch & shoot pass if the ball is reversed to 1
