Here is a set play used against Oklahoma using a hand-off/ball-screen action followed by a down-screen to the block. The Roadrunners were able to drive off of the action but the cut off of the down-screen was open as well.

1 dribbles to the left to give to the ball with a handoff.
4 follows with a ball-screen.

2 looks to turn the corner and score or can pass to 5 cutting off of a down-screen from 4.
