Here is a zone set used by Oregon State against VCU in the NCAA Tournament. The Beavers use a blocker/mover type action against VCU's zone defense.

1 passes to 3 then cuts to the wing.

3 dribbles middle then passes back to 1.
-
5 sets a flare-screen for 3.
4 screens for 2 who runs baseline.
-
If nothing is there, 4 and 5 flash to the ball side to create an overload.
