This is a stagger option out of Virginia's motion offense. Instead of the typicle fade/cross screen combo, two players join for a staggered screen and then a single double action is created for the shooter.

1 cuts off of the flare-screen from 5.

Instead of the wheel motion, 5 and 2 set a staggered down-screen for 3.

2 then can choose to cut off of a single down screen or a staggered down screen.
