This simple continuity motion set incorporates down screens with cross screens. Useful if you are looking to create a switch on cross screen or down screen (little to big) action.
-
1 reverses to 2 on the wing
1 pins down for 4 on opposite block
4 replaces 1 at TOK area
-
2 reverses to 4
4 reverses to 3
Meanwhile, 1 cross screens for 5
5 goes under hoping to seal man on the high side
-
4 pins down for 1
1 sets up screen then pops to the TOK
-
3 passes to 1 for 3pt shot or drive and kick
or
Continuity Motion starts again
