This drill comes from George Hardison, Head Coach WBB at UConn Avery Point (NJCAA) which I witnessed at their practice on Feb. 16th, 2016.
NOTE** If you do not have mini-hurdles you can use small cones. Also, depending on how high you want your players to jump you can use varied heights (6"/8"/12").
2 starts with the ball and throws it off the backboard
1 boxes 2 out as the ball is in the air
1 two-foot bounds over the hurdle/cone and rebounds the ball
Once 1 secures the ball, 1 chins the ball, they outlets it to the coach using a front turn on the foot closest to the near sideline/coach
2 becomes the rebounder
3 throws the ball off the backboard
