4 sets a back-screen for 1.
3 passes to 4.

5 sets a screen for 3 who posts up on the right block.

If 1 isn't open, he can cut off of 4 and take the hand-off.

If 4 passes to 2, 2 looks to pass to 5 inside posting up.
