About This Play/Drill

This years Maryland Terrapins have a veteran group and an impact transfer in Robert Carter.

Here is a box set looking to take advantage of Carter's quickness and post-up skills.

Box Set vs M2M

PG Trimble (#2) dribbles off the high screen set by C Stone (#33) to the wing

C Stone (#33) pops to the TOK after setting the screen

SF Layman (#10) and PF Carter (#4) exchange with Layman moving out to the opposite wing

PG Trimble (#2) can look to hit PF Carter (#4) coming to the ball side block if he's open
Box Set vs M2M

PG Trimble (#2) reverses the ball to C Stone (#33) at the TOK

C Stone (#33) passes to SF Layman (#10) on the wing

SG Sulaimen (#0) sprints into the paint and sets a cross screen for PF Carter (#4) who comes to the ball side block for the post entry pass from the wing
Box Set vs M2M

C Stone (#33) dives to the weak side block

SF Layman (#10) sprints across the FT line to set an elbow screen looking to free up PG Trimble (#2) for a 3 pt shot at the TOK
