Here is a set to use against a man-to-man defense that utilizes the hammer action on the backside to set up an open shot for your shooter.

1 dribbles at 5 and uses the high ball screen to dribble hand off to 3. 1 then cuts to the corner.

5 turns and sets a second ball screen, this time for 3. Simultaneously, 4 sets the hammer/flare screen for 2.
1st Option: 3 comes off the high ball screen from 5 and passes to 2 in the corner for the shot, coming off the hammer/flare screen from 4.
