Start in a 4 around 1 look. 1 dribbles at 5 and gets a high ball screen from 5. 1 then immediately passes to 5. 5 then looks to pass to 2 on the wing.

As soon as 5 passes the ball to 2 on the right wing, 5 will follow his pass and set a side/wing ball screen for 2. 4 will also step up to the elbow area to set a second staggered ball screen for 2.

1st Option: 2 looks to get into the paint and score, coming off the double staggered ball screens from 5 and 4.

2nd Option: 2 can pass to 5 rolling to the rim after screening, 4 popping to the wing after screening, or 1 and 3 relocating on the opposite side of the perimeter.
