Use this IBCA box set from Thom Sigel at Rock Island HS to pound the ball inside to a post player.

Start in a box set with 1 dribbling to right side as 3 clears to corner.

4 downscreens for 2 who receives a pass from 1.

5 seals man on the block after walking his man down the lane. 2 dribbles to left side looking for 5 isolated in post when 4 flashes to high post.

If 2 looks for 4 in the high post for a high-low to 5 if it can't be entered directly.
