1 comes off PNR from 5, 4 sets a cross screen for 2 who cuts to opposite corner. As 1 dribbles across and 2 clears, 3 cuts down and sets a cross screen for 4.

Typically designed for a post entry to Pau Gasol, 5 sets a down screen for 3 as a second option.
