Frame 1:  3 can cut to either wing, 2 cuts to opposite corner. 1 enters to 3 on wing.
 

Frame 2:  5 cross screens for 4 who sprints to a side ball screen for 3. 1 relocates to weak side wing.
 

Frame 3:  3 attacks the ball screen with 5 diving to weak side block.
 

Frame 4:  3 can go all the way to the rim, dump to 5, kick to 2 in corner, hit 1 elevating, or 4 circling behind as a safety.
