The UCLA Bruins ran this backscreen play in their NCAA Tournament game against Michigan to get the ball into the post. After 1 passes the ball to 4 they cut to the rim off the backscreen from 5. 4 reverses the ball to 5 and 1 sets a backscreen for 4 to get him open in the post. Video clip below.

5 pops out to receive the pass from 4.
