This play is from the 2010-2011 Houston Rockets season. This play is best for teams with a passing big. You are running this play for your best shooter or scorer. Your 2 guard will have to really sell that he is going to receive a hand off from 4 and then cut hard backdoor. He will need to read 3's man helping and then he can pass to him for three point shot.
1. 2 passes to 4 and cuts towards 4 like he is going to receive a hand off, then cuts hard backdoor.
Option 1 - 4 passes to 2 for a lay up.
