About This Play/Drill

Rebounding drill to work on using a fully extended arm to tip the ball out when a player is boxed out or not in position. The progression is working on reacting to the flight of the ball and extending the players arms to the side as well as up, to corral rebounds that are outside of the player's area.

Drill from Ryan Pannone, assitant coach with Hapoel Jerusalem, which leads the Basketball Champions League in rebounding. Read this full feature for more!
