Frame 1:  5 steps out to receive inbound pass from 1 and passes to 3 coming off a cross screen from 2. On the pass to 3, it is important for 4 to step inside the lane and call loudly for the ball to pull defender up.
 

Frame 2:  4 steps up the lane to back screen for 2 and occupy the help defenders. 1 steps in and sets a hard back screen for 5 cutting to the basket. 5 looks to seal the defender who was guarding the inbounder for a post mismatch.
