This is a pick and roll action utilized by the Turkish national team against Serbia during the recent U18 European championships held in Latvia.
#1 brings the ball up as #5 screens for #2. #1 hits #2.
#5 back screens for #1, who cuts to the rim.
#5 will step up and set a high ball screen for #2 who drives off the screen. #5 rolls and #4 replaces. #3 spots up.
