Coming out of transition break, both wings pop up off the block, the ball is passed up the wing.
1 cuts through to corner on ball side.

2 waits patiently for both 5 and 4 to set stagger ball screen.

4 slips and rim runs across the paint.
5 pops out and creates space.
2 dribbles hard off screens looking for open shot, direct pass to 4 on slip, or 5 on wing. 
If either option is not there, 2 drives into the paint looking for 3 in the corner.
