This play starts with two on ball screens by 4 and 5. 5 screens to free 4 at top of the key for a three point shot. 2 clears to left corner as 1 cuts through lane and screens for 3 for score.

1 pass to 4 for shot
2 cuts baseline to opposite corner

if no shot,
1 cross screen for 3
4 pass to 3 to score
