The LA Lakers summer league team used this play to get an open three point shot for their 4 man. 4 sets the first ball screen then rolls to the elbow. After 5 sets the second ball screen for 1, 5 screens for 4 for the shot.

4 cuts to the elbow after the screen.

1 passes to 4 for the shot.
